Milano is not superwash treated, but can be machine washed using the wool program.
Lamana's Milano has a unique lightness that's created through an innovative manufacturing method. The blend of superfine (18.5 micron!) merino wool and cashmere is weightless, insulating, breathable, and has an incomparable softness! The mulesing-free wool is responsibly sourced from selected Australian shepherds, while the cashmere is sourced from Mongolia or China. It's then spun and dyed according to the OEKO-TEX Standard for baby products by a family-run mill in Italy. Milano can also be machine washed using the wool program. The wool will blossom and become noticeably softer and fluffier, while the knitting pattern become denser.
